  • 100 ml vegetable oil with neutral taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon grated salt
  • Pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

We peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half and wash them again. Drain the water well from them and cover them in a kitchen towel until they remain dry on the surface.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the spices, oil and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and set aside for 30 minutes, stirring a few more times.

Put the potatoes on a baking paper tray with the cut side up and put them in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until nicely browned.
